Blasted back!

There will be no picture for today, I was cleaning my shower and I put my back out! Would LOVE to tell you that I had danced the evening away last night and tweaked my back. That would be much more romantic, but no, I was cleaning the shower. Some people say cleaning will kill you and after today, I may have to agree. I do however have the most wonderful chiropractor who put me on VERY limited physical activity and gave me a back brace. I am hoping to be up and round next week!
