Bagels

You may be intimidated by the words HOME MADE BAGEL. Until you try them that is. I will admit it's a bit daunting at first till you get the hang of it but let me tell you, YOU HAVE to try!!! BE SURE to grease the pans before you set the bagels on to raise....otherwise you will run into trouble!
